The Friday of Halloweens Past

This weekend I had to finish my Halloween costume since I'm traveling the next two weekends for weddings, and while digging through my costume dresser (what, do other people not have an entire dresser devoted to costumes?) I was reminded of some of my favorite Halloween costumes of the past couple of years.  Here are some of my favorites:

A Very Fall Friday

Happy Friday everyone!!  Even though the weather is cooperating and there are a couple of weird ghosts made out of table cloths hanging in my office, it isn't quite feeling like October to me yet.  To get a little more in the mood, I went back and looked at some of my posts from last fall.  Here are a couple of my favorites for you:

I went through a phase of making cakes in weird shapes, which culminated with a pumpkin shaped cake for Halloween.  In order to not disappoint the people eating said cake, I recommend making it pumpkin flavored, and not chocolate like I did... Original Post

One nightgown plus one ribbon equaled one of the easiest and cheapest Halloween costumes I've ever made - Wendy from Peter Pan.
