Ensemble: Gingham and Pastels

Even though it's been mostly rainy and cold here in Chicago, we've gotten a couple brief glimpses of warmer weather (and always on the weekend, how convenient!).  I'm getting really excited about living in this new neighborhood for the summer - not only have I checked out the walk to the beach, but also (ahem) tested out the neighborhood gelato place.

Shirt and Sweater - Gap / Jeans - Loft / Necklace - F21 / Flats - Payless

Also, it's fair to note, I'm pretty sure this gelato place isn't really serving gelato because the small size was about three ice cream scoops.  I'm not complaining.

What are you most excited for this summer?

  13. So exciting that you're in a new neighborhood. I'm moving back to the burbs for 3 months while I graduate from OT school, take the boards, and apply to jobs. So fun right?? At least I'm going to my first Lolla this summer!

Love your whole look! I might need to invest in some colored gingham before this spring is over.

  15. At least it'll be easier to concentrate there! Are you going to U of C or was that just for undergrad? Tried to get tickets for Lolla this year but they literally sold out while I was on the site - told me I could only buy one ticket, and then told me I could buy zero tickets :( Guess that's what happens when they put Mumford and Lumineers on the same night!
