When the weather is a bit drab, all I want to wear is all of my comfiest clothes. A big cozy sweater, my comfiest tee, and leggings definitely do the trick. I wore this last weekend to go out to brunch with Jeff, and it turns out eggs benny helped me get over the weather too ;) 

I'm really hoping that these pictures will be the last of the year with any snow in them, even though it's just a few patches. We've been treated with temperatures in the 50's & 60's this week and I'm definitely hoping the trend continues - my closet is full of cute spring clothes I can't wait to wear!

Fall Leggings

Leggings are one of those things that people seem to either love or hate. I love them for the comfort, but after years of seeing inappropriate legging outfits I can see where the hatred comes from. The problem stems from people buying cheap, thin leggings that aren't opaque, and therefore really shouldn't be worn with anything but a dress. These ponte leggings, however, are super thick, and feel appropriate to wear anywhere, even work as long as I cover my bum!

So where do you land on the great legging debate? So good or no good?

Ensemble: Sunday Morning

You know how you know you're getting old?  You wake up on a weekend earlier than you do with your alarm on a weekday.  This past weekend I was up and ready to start accomplishing things before seven on both Saturday and Sunday.  My go-to weekend look?  Leggings and a tunic.

Sunday mornings for me right now mean finishing my homework (I mean, no way, I never leave stuff until the last second), having a quick breakfast, and heading to class.  I'm a weirdo and don't like coffee or tea, so I always bring my giant water cup along with me.
