To Craft Or Not To Craft

So I have a confession to make.  When I moved a couple of weeks ago, I may have only unpacked my shoes and clothes.  And then stuffed everything else into an extra bedroom and abandoned it.

I have all kinds of fun craft projects I want to do, but can't until I take care of that space/dig out my supplies.  Some of the things on my to craft lists:

Old Mirrors into Chalkboards:
I saw this cute tutorial on Pretty Little Things on how to turn a mirror into a chalkboard.  She used an old mirror she had laying around, and that reminded me that I have some circle mirrors from my old apartment that could use a little makeover.  I'm thinking a mixture of chalkboard, magnetic, and regular mirrors.

Laundry Drying Rack
After a few unfortunate issues with the dryers in my college dorm laundry room, I stopped putting most of my tops in the dryer.  I already have long arms, I don't need my sleeves getting any longer!  I think a drying rack like the one Centsational Girl created would be the perfect addition to my new laundry room (ahem, closet).  It's also a fun excuse to play with power tools.  I worked tech for the drama department at my high school, so I have a special affinity for building things.  And pretending I know how to work a light meter.

Mint Vases:
I don't have a ton of old bottles and vases laying around my place since I donated most of them to the craft projects for my brother's wedding.  When I saw this tutorial from Pink Pistachio for painted vases, I decided I need to start saving bottles!  Wouldn't these look cute on my new media center?  I'd show you a picture of what the media center looks like now, but it's still in an intermediary phase - the fantasy football trophy is gone, but was replaced with some sports bobble heads.

What projects are you dying to try?
