Holy cow, Easter is right around the corner! I guess it's early this year, but I still can't believe it's almost here. When I was little, getting dressed for Easter always meant a frilly, lacy dress and some kind of weird hat. What can I say, it was the eighties. As I got older the holiday became more and more casual in my family, so I got used to throwing on jeans and a nice sweater and calling it a day. Then I started dating Jeff. Now Easter means buying a new dress (oh who am I kidding, I'll probably be wearing
this pretty dress again) and, depending on the weather, braving bare legs and
maybe some heels.
I've been on the hunt for some new dresses, here are a few of my favorites (in all colors of the rainbow because I just couldn't help myself). If you don't celebrate Easter or come from a more casual family like mine, these would also be great for all of those bridal or baby showers that pop up every spring.
