Black and White and Coated

I was having a hard time finding coated jeans that got good reviews - it seems most of them lose their coating after a few washes.  I really wanted a pair, but the reviews everywhere, from the high end to low end, were not great.  So finally I caved when Old Navy was having a sale and decided to go cheap, if the coating was going to wear off anyway.  I've only worn these a couple of times so there haven't been any issues yet.

Tank - Target / Denim - Old Navy / Flats - Payless / Bag - Jessie Blume / Necklace - JCrew Factory / Bracelet - Stella & Dot

I wore this out to dinner with Jeff and his mom and cousin a couple weekends ago.  I wanted to get a little dressed up, but still leave room for all of the Japanese BBQ I was planning on putting in my belly.  It worked out well ;)

  2. Cute outfit - I've actually been eyeing the coated jeans at Old Navy - maybe now I'll get them!

  3. Yeah I've heard the same thing about coated jeans. You'll have to update us again after a few weeks. I love the pattern mixing of your subtle little polka dots with the chevron clutch.

  4. Too funny! I got the Old Navy coated jeans during the sale too - I got them in burgundy though! I figured that if they lose their shine, might as well go for the cheapest pair possible! Yours look great and I love that dainty top! I'm jealous - it's waaaay too cold for tanks here now!
